I'm afraid that today won't be one either as I am doing catch-up work on the computer...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The good news is that I have dropped two pounds.  I know that that doesn't sound like much, but for me... it's progress! The day before was much better... 10, 246 steps. In fact, it was a warning - a warning that our entire family has taken seriously.  My sister and I have decided to help Mom out by increasing our movement right along side of her (we even bought matching pedometers to track our progress! Smile).  Our goal?  10, 000 steps a day.
